I can create a patient journey based on the literature and the clinical trial experience to help the team identify opportunities for engaging customers, increasing understanding to the barriers and access to care.

I can review materials to ensure sourcing information is accurate and make suggestions where needed. This also includes preparing reference packets and tactic for MLR review.

I can consult with new business pitches, conduct interviews with medical professionals that are actively treating a condition or working with a device. I can interpret findings of those interviews with the team. Provide insight and strategic imperatives to gaining consensus for a successful pitch.
